This morning the newly opened Nirvana Restaurant in midtown east showed their tribute to the Oscar favorite, “Slumdog Millionaire”, by cooking up some traditional Moilee. The recipe calls for fish, but substitutions like chicken, shrimp or lamb would be sure to bring that “peaceful state of mind” that Nirvana so proudly guarantees. Also be sure to take advantage of the $50 gift certificate for $25 bucks!
