Nur Khan presided over the annual Halloween celebration at Rose Bar, with Lily Donaldson, Hugh Grant, Kirsten Dunst, Alexa Chung, Rose Bryne, Agyness Deyn, Christin Siriano, Lizzy Jagger, Jason Statham,  Derek Blasberg, Aly Hilfiger and Andrew and Lauren Santo Domingo. Last night, the place to be was the Versace sponsored Whitney Studio Party (stay tuned for full coverage, later this afternoon!), hosted by the Arts Council, chaired by Penelope Cruz and organized by committee members including our own Rachelle Hruska. Clad in and accompanied by Keith Lissner, she welcomed patron partiers  Lindsay Lohan and Donatella Versace (above); just a few of those who turned out in art chic for honoree Leonard Lauder.
