Yesterday, New York Fashion Week officially came to a close with a Broadway-like show from Marc Jacobs to shut it down. I'd imagine many of those who partook in the week-long bender of fashion, parties, and absolutely no food (are you crazy???) are in the process of checking into detox centers and health spas across the nation. Do we even need to talk about why this is one of the best Olsen moment photos ever? No, we don't, let's move on. Fashion Week is FINALLY over (at least the shows are) and as annoying as it was to hear about the abundance of dope parties and shows happening around the clock for the last week, I'm kind of bummed... [Photo via] Oh hey there Beyoncé and Solange! Hope you ladies didn't miss me too much as you enjoyed your front row seats at Vera Wang. I was kind of tied up here in L.A. so I gave my seats to Kim Kardashian (her ass requires two). Fashion Week is still not over, people, and we have much ground to cover. More»

[All photos via NYMag] Things are a bit quiet around these parts as the world shifts its focus to our sister city for New York Fashion Week, which, believe it or not, is also about designers' Spring/Summer 2012 collections in addition to all the parties and fame-whoring. I've been keeping up with the shows and am so excited for the trends for next spring, like the neon yellow, fiery orange, pattern-on-pattern and short suits that were seen on many a runway. Designers sent models down the catwalks with wet hair, unusual lip colors and smart styling that kicked the their collections up a notch and made clothes come alive. See what I mean in this selection of my favorite looks from the runways of NYFW. More»

Summer came and went too fast, in what seems like one long sweaty day at the park.  There are plenty of things we love about the season and we'll miss outdoor concerts and getting off early on Fridays, but there is no sense in wallowing in it or regretting all the things you planned but never got around to.  Fall is here and it's going to be fantastic!
