[All photos by CHANCE YEH for PMc]. On Saturday evening, NYU administration and donors gathered for a Fall Fete celebrating the 2009 Tisch School of the Arts Gala. Guests enjoyed food that was definitely not catered from an NYU cafeteria (as much as they no doubt would have enjoyed Chik-Fil-A), and were treated to a performance by Broadway actor Doug Kreeger. This year’s gala, which will be held on November 2nd, will honor Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, and Marcia Gay Harden, among others. “Look ma, no shirts!” Two NYU girls finally figured out how to protest for democracy, Gaza, poor students, the library, feminism and budget disclosure in just one protest… by taking their shirts off, of course!  Yesterday, two NYU female students stood outside in the mild winter weather baring it all for the cameras to support the TBNYU protest barricade in NYU’s Kimmel Center. Wait, hang on a second, is that guy for the press? Looks like we got a new Joe Francis on our hands here. Keep your eyes peeled for “Girls Gone Wild: The Protesting Feminists Edition“.
