Back for another installment of culture, fashion and cocktails to brighten up hump day, Filter Foundry's monthly Art House Nights event returned this week to Palihouse. This time around, collections from fashion designer Donna Mizani, artist Paul Rusconi and luxury eyewear boutique Optical Connection were the featured works on display for a night of 12-12-12 festivities with music and friends.

But with the new monthly event Art House Nights presented by Filter Foundry in association with Los Angeles Magazine and LACMA Muse held at Palihouse, that's exactly what you'll find in addition to the exclusive one-time only exhibitions by renowned artists on display. Fresh off their performance at Sunday's Hudson Block Party to the swaggering drunk delight of thousands and dismay of a few disgruntled neighbors, last night the sister trio from L.A. known as Haim performed at Palihouse in West Hollywood. The special evening music event sponsored by Kanon Vodka and Nudie Jeans featured a raw and impressive acoustic set that, for better or worse, inspired many in the audience with absolutely no musical ability to want to start a band.
