The Green Fairy has finally landed in my arms.  I have returned home to find a delightful gift awaiting my arrival.  Pernod Absinthe.  "Please enjoy Pernod Responsibly" read the card.  The absinthe brand has unleashed their new bottle, and a new site "art & absinthe".  Believe it or not, I have never tried absinthe before.  I have, however, heard numerous stories from friends and I am part nervous, part excited to give this gift a proper opening.  Before I do that, I want to know....what are some of your Absinthe Memories???
