There were girls flying from the rafters, drummer men pumping out the beats, and sweaty men (including Mr. Pink Elephant himself) trying to get in on all of the action.  Did you miss the party?

Victoria Secret model Fernanda Motto celebrated her birthday in Southampton last weekend with an intimate dinner at Day&Night Beach Club followed by a grand afterparty at Pink Elephant nightclub. And, the pictures pretty much speak for themselves. If this isn't the epitome of the Hampton Nightlife experience, I don't know what is.  Take heed, only the strong survive. No word on whether these champs made it out in one piece.

He's not my cup of tea, but this guy was the #1 ladies man this last weekend at Pink Elephant in Southampton.  He was just warming up in the photo above.

This elephant has clearly seen better days. I think the summer is taking a toll on him...what with the multiple shifts down on 27th street and now the weekends out in Southampton, he's looked better. Not to mention, he's had better company hanging off of him. This was just NOT Pink Elephant's Elephant's night. He is getting mauled by these guys:( There was another party goer that didn't have her best evening (see photo #1 below), though the rest of the bunch seemed to be enjoying themselves:

Because c'est adorable, in an upscale but personal tropical resorty way. Because it serves straight-from-the-oven croissants and almond brioche in the early morning. Because the mimosas and mango bellinis are effervescent perfection. Because most of the ingredients on the French/New American menu are locally sourced. Because the main courses (like parmesan-encrusted Chilean sea bass and a Long Island duck magret) are called "Plats de Resistance." Because there's also a cheerful yellow bar, and, on Tuesdays, live music. Jody Carlson and her band go on at 8, and I hear they do a mean "Mountains of Things." See you there!

The special "scent" machine at Pink Elephant always gets the party going...these two are definitely getting geared up for the night.  Their facial expressions are frightening. Ruff!

Today's "Best $2k I ever spent!" pick is from our sister site. Anyone that makes the effort to drive over two hours so they can party in places with such titles as "The Capri" deserve to get their moneys' worth. At that's just what the kids were doing at Pink Elephant's Southampton outpost this last Saturday.
