The cast of Broadway’s Reasons To Be Pretty celebrated their transfer from the small stage to the big one with the opening of their show on April 2nd. The after party for the play was held a the Hudson Terrace, and drew a crowd that included the four person cast of Thomas Sadoski, Piper Perabo, Steven Pasquale, and Marin Ireland. The Lower East Side Girls Club held its Willow Awards and Benefit Gala on Tuesday, with host Rosario Dawson. Guests like Kyle de Woody, Jed Walentas, Steven Alan, The Scissor Sisters, Piper Perabo, Andre J, and Jen Gatien enjoyed music by Moby, great food, exclusive luxury silent auction items, and a live auction of unique commissioned work created by artists Donald Baechler, Robert Gober, Tom Otterness and Kiki Smith, with guest auctioneer Marguerite Van Cook.

Social pupsters replaced social scensters on the red carpet Monday night for Animal Fair Magazine’s 8th annual Halloween Pet Costume Party at Mansion in New York City. The event, benefiting The Humane Society Of New York, caused some doggy drama as the pooches barked and scruffed their way to the win for the Most Petacular Halloween Costume of 2008 award.
