We have all heard the adage, “dogs are a man’s best friend." Well, if that is the case then fashion is certainly a close runner up, as was displayed Saturday when both canine and couture came together to benefit the Washington Humane society at Fashion for Paws. The worthy cause had the National Building Museum filled to the brim with all things fashionable and furry, and all of the guests were there to watch 70 models take the runway accompanied by some seriously decked-out dogs. The models not only looked amazing in outfits provided by Tysons Galleria, but each one also raised at least $5,000 for the Humane Society. Such model humanitarians.
