Over the weekend, President Obama and Vice President Biden were sworn in for their second term and a whole lot of partying commemorated the occasion. Here's where celebrated the 57th Inauguration:

Even if you missed out on the official ball tickets from the Presidential Inauguration Committee, there are still a lot of events you won't want to miss (in fact, most of the ones here will be better parties, period)! Balls come and go every 4 years, so pay attention to learn what's hot and what's not for 2013.

The Obamas and Bidens have been invited to basically all of the events listed here. They are only obligated to show up to the two official balls but just might pop in when you least expect them to...

Last night in NYC, Ellie Goulding and MNDR performed at Paper Mag's 8th Annual Nightlife Awards, Abbie Cornish, Gerard Butler, and Scarlett Johansson attended the after-party for the screening of "Seven Psychopaths," Joanna Hillman hosted a dinner for Vince's flagship store opening, and more!

It's Tribeca Film Festival time again, and starting tomorrow the biggest names in film will head to New York for two weeks of screenings, panels, and of course, parties. Ticket sales have begun, but there's still plenty of time to snag tickets to the most buzzed about films.
