If you can not only support yourself by walking dogs, but also look stylish and enjoy life as much as Ryan seems to do (pictured left, with his dogs), you're a very lucky person. There are places in the world that don't even have a word for his occupation, much less would they pay someone to walk, entertain, bathe or massage their dogs. However, here we are again, documenting the amazing fashions and the adorable neuroses that make NYC so unique. Check out the slides for more!

You guys! Today my sister gave birth to a beautiful baby boy (her fourth!). And, well, someone is going to have to explain to little Oliver that he was just born into a world where memes like "Breading" your cat and writing Beyonce lyrics on top of scenes from a dramatic time period TV show are what people are doing to fill their time. A world where a sloth showing up to your Birthday party causes our starlets to launch into a fit of hysterical tears and where the purchasing of a puppy makes front page news. Happy Birthday Oliver James, and welcome to this crazy messy world!

Prutha Raithatha is the force behind the experimental fashion blog Don’t Shoe Me. She creates stories through fashion -- and her style is everything but boring. Furthermore, her fashion stories, like the recent one  titled May the Gods be with you. Period., incorporate serious socio-cultural messages. Over a cup of Glühwein, she gave us the scoop on where she gets her inspiration from, and revealed her favorite designers, blogs and places.

Carine Roitfeld hosted a vampire-themed dinner and party for her new book, "Irreverent," at Paris’ Raspoutine nightclub. Guests who vamped it up included Karlie Kloss, Anja Rubik, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Riccardo Tisci, and Ines de la Fressange, while the "too cool" kids of Kanye West, Karl Lagerfeld, and Olivier Zahm, among others, all abstained and went as their usual selves. Check out how the fashionable rocked out with their fangs out! More»

New York City's Oak, known for a more urban look, is trying out a fresher, beachier mood this summer by opening up a pop-up shop at the Pines. The pop-up will carry Oak's usual array of Acne, Rick Owens, and Alexander Wang, along with gifts like candles and beach towels. More»

From the "Die-Later Diet" (no, it's not Sheen's), to things making comebacks (virginity!), today's list is really fun. Can you spot the art made by the expert, and the one made by the monkey? Also, a super sweet Friday send off! More»

Today, I find out why women don't want to look like Marilyn Monroe anymore, why first name twitter handles like @Adam are clutch, and where Calvin Klein ate breakfast this morning. The Obamas are hot and so is the Standard's Talent Coordinator... but no one compares to Paul the Octopus, may he rest in peace. Let's go... More»

Today in your dispatch de la mode, we round up our favorite fashionable tweeters, reflect on the fabulous fifty-year career of Lauren Hutton, blow $80,000 in one weekend on beluga and edible gold leaf,  and learn that nothing says "Williamsburg hipster" like a beaded Valentino evening gown. Plus, Lady Gaga opens Paris Fashion Week with zombies in plastic bags!

[Kendra Seay remembers what it's like to be a kid. Go HERE for more photos from our night at the Southampton Carnival]

Last night, on our way to a book signing by Bethenny Frankel, you would have thought someone unleashed a band of 8 year old girls in our GofG mobile by the shrieks of pure joy filling the Range Rover when we passed the Southampton Carnival. Even though it wasn't even dark yet, the ferris wheel was already lighting up the sky, and I swear I could smell the funnel cake from Montauk Highway. How did we not know this was going on?! More»

Britt AboutalebWhile most people in the fashion industry are eager for any form of publicity they can scrounge up, this certainly does not ring true for Britt Aboutaleb, the associate editor for Fashionista.com, the style website with the cult-like following. When a picture of the 24 year-old popped up on Altamira only months ago, the responses, while all positive, were ones of "Oh, that's what she looks like!". And her PMc count remains at a low 5 pictures, despite the countless events she attends every week for her high profile job. So why does the adorable young editor shroud herself in an air of mystery? It's certainly not due to a lack of style. Nor a lack of shyness - Fashionista.com is known for their "Life With" feature, an interview section of their site that takes an in-depth look at professionals and individuals involved in the fashion industry, with each lengthy one-on-one usually conducted by Britt. So why the hide-out? More»
