Guests including Robert Verdi, Catherine Malandrino, Chado Ralph Rucci, Cynthia Rowley, Ted Allen, Summer Rej and Lizzie Tisch and Jonathan Tisch showed to support the author while glimpsing the work, which looks back at 20 very beautiful years of Elle Decor. Fans of What Goes Around Comes Around, the vintage inspired clothing brand, got together last night to preview its latest bohemian chic collection. Hosted by TV personality Robert Verdi, model Irina Lazareanu, and it-girl Becka Diamond, guests browsed through 70s influenced pieces for men and women at the Soho store, while enjoying drinks, a DJ, and a band. The preview was held atop the penthouse at 463 West Street. The woman’s collection (by Marc Jacobs) was filled with ‘French coquette’ type pieces and the men’s (by Paul Helbers) had a functional streetwear type of feel while remaining sleek and containing some suits. The much awaited 9 to 5: The Musical premiered last night here at New York’s Marriott Marquis Theater. Dolly Parton, who starred as Doralee Rhodes in the 1980s obsession, was out in full force and wowing the crowd in a full white get-up. The country legend wrote over 20 new songs for the show that weren’t in the original movie which made the musical even more anticipated by audiences. More»
