The preview was held atop the penthouse at 463 West Street. The woman’s collection (by Marc Jacobs) was filled with ‘French coquette’ type pieces and the men’s (by Paul Helbers) had a functional streetwear type of feel while remaining sleek and containing some suits. Dolly Parton, who starred as Doralee Rhodes in the 1980s obsession, was out in full force and wowing the crowd in a full white get-up. The country legend wrote over 20 new songs for the show that weren’t in the original movie which made the musical even more anticipated by audiences. More»
