Weather-wise, FILTER could not have picked a better weekend for a rooftop pool party to help launch L.A. into summer mode. On Saturday, the brews were cold and the babes were baking as the magazine joined forces with Burton atop the snowboard company's Melrose flagship where they hosted a killer pool party featuring live music from L.A.'s own White Arrows.
The velvet rope lifted yesterday for those ready to get wet at Drai's for the SpiritHoods Swimwear Launch Party. Draped in faux fur hats and zebra or leopard print bikinis, party-goers danced, splashed and drank their way along the poolside to hear the beats of Sex Panther on the rooftop lounge in Hollywood.
