Thursday found me at the Seeds of Peace Market held at Cipriani Wall Street. The Event was hosted by Ivanka Trump and featured a replica of a world market where various foods, drinks, and goods were displayed and sold. Seeds of Peace was founded in 1993 by journalist John Wallach, and is dedicated to empowering young leaders from regions of conflict with the leadership skills required to advance reconciliation and coexistence. Last night, the lovely Ivanka Trump was the honorary chair and host for Seeds of Peace's 11th Annual Peace Market, a benefit to raise money for youth leadership and dialogue programs in areas of conflict in the Middle East and South Asia. She was joined at Cipriani Wall Street by other Host Committee members like Emmanuelle Chriqui, Amanda Setton, Yin Chang, and Laura Breckenridge, as they welcomed over 1000 young professionals to an amazing night.
