On Sunday, Shea Radiance held a party to celebrate a huge win--300 Target stores began carrying the brand’s hair care products. Founded in 2005, Shea Radiance is a shea butter beauty brand based in Columbia, Maryland, and the brainchild of husband and wife team Shola and Funlayo Alabi. Shea Radiance is unique because their products are made from fairly traded and sustainably packaged shea butter, and the company redirects 10% of proceeds to (8 and counting) women agricultural co-ops in Nigeria.
