Last night Tilda Swinton, Elizabeth Olsen, and Charlize Theron hung out at the IFP's 21st Annual Gotham Independant Film Awards, Nur Khan partied at the Electric Room with Scott Lipps, who was celebrating the premiere of Scouted, Julianna Moore celebrated the Launch of Americans for Marriage Equality Campaign, Betsey Johnson had her own pink Christmas tree lighting, New York City Opera held it's Fall Gala and much more! Last night's parties were all about celebrating TV and film.

While most of us were comatose from all the turkey we ate over the Thanksgiving weekend, a few hardcore party goers still made it out and about: The Electric Room partied hard with Courtney Love, Samantha Ronson spun at the Griffin, Brandee Brown and Ashley Smith celebrated 21 years, Holy Ghost performed, Le Tigre Paris had an anniversary, and Justin Bieber sang his little heart out. Last night's parties were all about getting rowdy on a holiday weekend!-

Donned in tuxes and festive masks, party-goers at the Soho Grand Hotel enjoyed the classiest of classy gatherings in honor of the new year.

The movie's stars, Justin Bartha and Details cover boy Bradley Cooper, were in attendance along with Gerard Butler, Christopher Meloni, Will Arnett, Cooper's Alias co-star Victor Garber, and Olivia Palmero among others. As the night continued, the party moved to the Soho Grand Hotel where models, socialites, reality stars, and actors mingled, and we're sure a few woke up Friday morning with hangovers of their own. This year's latest comedy to see is about nothing else but the love between a guy and his bro. I Love You Man, starring Paul Rudd, Jason Segel, and Rashida Jones follows a friendless real estate agent through a series of man-dates on a quest to find the perfect best friend. With the film coining phrases like "pop a squiznot" and "dude von dudenstein", it's "totes" guaranteed to bring the laughs. The Cinema Society and Svedka Vodka hosted the premiere and after party for the bro-mantic comedy at the Soho Grand Hotel Friday night with a long list of familiar movie-goers including Edward Norton, Becki Newton, Parker Posey, Charlotte Ronson, Steve Buscemi, Le Call, Moby, and Cinema Society founder Andrew Saffir.
