Even though we didn't see too many 1920's themed costumes at the Social Life Magazine's Gatsby: Under The Red, White and Blue July 4th Party on Saturday, we did see groups of pretty people sporting otherwise patriotic outfits and festively themed attire. Most importantly (at least in the opinion of every hot-blooded American girl there), we also saw Kellan Lutz, and as editor-in-chief Devorah Rose put it, God really did break the mold when he made the Twilight star.

Well, we actually just were in the City. Last night. If you are a loyal Twitter follower of ours (as you should be! @GofGHamptons! Get on that!), you'll know that @CarsonGriffith, @KLuciano, and @KendraMiaSeay all traveled to the city last night for a 12 hour venture to attend the Malcom Harris' One Dress Launch Party with GofG, catch up on errands, and see friends. Since Kendra and I actually live in the city 3/4 of the year, it was great being back on our home turf, and we didn't realize how much we missed the choas of city living, the high rises, and the general hussle and bussle of the city. But you know what? Nothing beats the Hamptons in the summer time. And there's certainly one reason we are glad we are back here: HOLIDAY TRAFFIC! More»

As a pre-cursor to the Hamptons Golf Classic V, participants and those just in it for the entertainment or golf carts (like... us) came together for the Hamptons Golf Classic Dinner held at Savanna's on Sunday night. The exclusive event was a small soiree, with delicious treats and a happy crowd soaking up the good weather.

Erin Lucas of The City, the very social and Scott BuccheitKristian Lalibarte, Social Life magazine's Devorah Rose, Stylecaster's Carol Han, Hayley Bloomingdale, and our very own Rachelle Hruska were swigging cocktails and playing the role of life of the party as any good host or hostess should do. We've set up shop to bring you all the goss from the Hamptons Golf Classic but it's time we leave our coffee, cocktails and laptops behind and hit up the green with the big boys. I've already taken one swing and struck out (literally... I whiffed), so we're going to try our luck with our golf cart which they set up for Team GofG Hamptons. Don't miss us too much! We lucked out today, because the weather is beautiful and so are the greens at the Hampton Hills Golf & Country Club, and we're not just saying this because they're currently scattered with celebrity golfers and Hamptonites who have extended their weekends a day longer to participate in the Hamptons Golf Classic V. We'll be working from the sunny venue all day, tracking the scores (and drinks) of people like Jill Zarin, Chris Duhon, Richard Johnson, Justin Tuck from the Giants, and just about every big name in Hamptons nightlife. Last night, on our way to a book signing by Bethenny Frankel, you would have thought someone unleashed a band of 8 year old girls in our GofG mobile by the shrieks of pure joy filling the Range Rover when we passed the Southampton Carnival. Even though it wasn't even dark yet, the ferris wheel was already lighting up the sky, and I swear I could smell the funnel cake from Montauk Highway. How did we not know this was going on?! More»
