Kristin Davis was honorary chair of St. Judes’ Chocolat au Vin this past Thursday during an evening at Capitale, NY consisting of “dancing, desserts and dreams” along with a special performance by Tony Bennett. The menu was prepared by chef Daniel Boulud. Several of the guests in attendance were Gossip Girl’s Connor Paolo, Steve Guttenberg, Cuba Gooding Sr., Sport’s Illustrated Model Jessica Hart, Eric Trump, Jamie Lunar, Rebecca Minkoff, Sanna Lathan and Omar Gooding. All proceeds from the event went to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Before St. Jude’s Charity Hospital began research and treatment the survival rate for children with cancer was 4%. It is now 94%. That is an amazing achievement, but still cancer is the Number 1 killer of children. So it was to benefit this cause that the fabulous event called Design Cares was held.

Last night, fashionistas were invited to shop several NYC designers for a cause at the Audi Forum on Park Avenue.  Celebrating it’s fifth year, FFC lent the ticket price and 10% of all sales to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
