The newly opened High Line welcomed many a stroller enjoying both the beautiful weather and the very first street festival of the elevated walk, sponsored by Target. Weaving through the west side's architectural marvels, the fair featured some impressive balloon creations, face painting, bands and artists. [Photos via Getty] The Tribeca Film Festival wasn't just for scarlets and movie buffs. Residents of this Manhattan neighborhood took the chance to celebrate the festival with an outdoor street fair last Saturday.  Free and open to all, there were puppeteers, storytellers, face painters, stilt walkers, hoola hoops, and more goodies to go around!  THIS was the party not to be missed at the Tribeca Film Festival.
