The newly opened High Line welcomed many a stroller enjoying both the beautiful weather and the very first street festival of the elevated walk, sponsored by Target. Weaving through the west side's architectural marvels, the fair featured some impressive balloon creations, face painting, bands and artists. Residents of this Manhattan neighborhood took the chance to celebrate the festival with an outdoor street fair last Saturday.
