Hormones were raging in the streets of New York City—on the back lot at Paramount Studios, that is— for the 9th Annual Teen Vogue "Young Hollywood" Party Friday night. The Melrose studio lot was swarming with up-and-coming teens (and 30-somethings who play teens on TV) who came out to celebrate with the mag, work the red carpet, and enjoy live music performances.
