If you were in NYC for New Year's, and were in the mood to party with some real experienced New Yorkers, you were at Santos Party House watching Sophia Lamar pouring champagne, the Misshapes on stage, and Bad Brilliance in the crowd getting some action.  There were characters galore, and alcohol for everyone.  It was THE party to be at to ring in 2009.
