The radio silence of Kanye West's Twitter account has been wildly unnerving for some of us (and by some of us, I mean me).

His last tweet was on January 7, and it read:

The world is our office.

Keep in mind, this was right after the Twitter tirade he went on -- sending a rapid fire 80 tweets in the span of 3-4 hours. From spewing out absurd messages like he was going to pick up "where Steve Jobs left off" and how school systems were messed up, to quoting George Bernard Shaw, the Charlie Sheen-esque "twirade" made us a little nervous -- but what was even more unnerving was his sudden silence. Did his PR team finally put the kabosh on letting Kanye personally tweet? Will they get a ghost tweeter to commandeer the account? Maybe he's "over" Twitter?

Let's get real, he didn't even tweet when Blue Ivy Carter came into the world -- is this not alarming to anyone else? More»
