All photos by Patrick McMullan] The popular East Hampton boutique Blue & Cream is always stock full of the who's-who in the Hamptons, and this past Saturday was certainly no exception, as the store held an outside trunk show featuring Shawn Warren jewelry, with a portion of all proceeds benefitting the Cardiovascular Research Foundation.
