'Tis the season to be golfing, and we've been getting all of the inspiration we've needed from Stephanie Wei. And, even though the rainy conditions were not idealistic for playing golf, the Play for Pink Golf Tournament went off with no problems on June 18 at the Hampton Hills Golf & Country Club in Westhampton. This was the 10th anniversary of the Play for Pink tournament, with proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. With the Hamptons Golf Classic coming up next week, we can only hope the weather holds up like it did for the Play for Pink tournament. Stay tuned because we will have full coverage of the Hamptons Golf classic next week. Until then check out more pictures from this event below...

I guess I'm kind of a latecomer to the Tudors-mad bandwagon, but ever since I found the complete first season in my East End Hospice Gala gift bag, I haven't been able to stop watching it. It's probably historically inaccurate or at least exaggerated, but until I'm told otherwise, I'm going to write it off as a much needed history lesson.
I've loved Johnathan Rhys Meyers since he bent it like Beckham, and he's in full pouty-lipped, washboarded glory here, whether he's fighting, playing, or ravishing all his court's bosomy beauties. Plus there's the always fantastic Peter O'Toole as the rather displeased Pope Paul III.

The 9th Annual Play For Pink Golf Tournament benefiting The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, founded by Evelyn Lauder in 1993, was held at the Hampton Hills Golf & Country Club, on June 26, 2008.
I'm not sure how many months went into planning this event, am not sure who the winners were, and can only imagine what the prizes were; however, it still makes me smile knowing that this sort of thing exists. It's been awhile since I've seen this much pink all at once:
