April showers bring May flowers, and the flowers were in full bloom last Thursday at the Edison Ballroom for Village Care of New York's 8th Annual "Tulips & Pansies - A Headdress Affair". The floral headdress show (all of the pieces were made from real plants and flowers) gave designers like Tory Burch, Alvin Valley, Thierry Mugler, Pamella Roland, Chado Ralph Rucci, Cynthia Steffe, and others the chance to join forces with floral artists, resulting in magnificent -- and fashionable -- works of art.
