The event took place at Saks Fifth Avenue, where the Louis Vuitton department was decked out with LV topiary, dangling ribbons, crystals, and of course, the collection’s trunks and bags. More»

John Legend, pictured at left, was definitely the least awkward person at the Esquire Soho after party for Michael Moore’s Capitalism: A Love Story, which premiered earlier in the night at Lincoln Center. The luxury penthouse, with its $120 k pool table, hot tub, and $60k home theater, proved to be a hilarious juxtaposition to the theme of the movie, but Moore didn’t seem to mind. Perhaps he was just relieved at that point to be done with the photo portion of the evening, something he at which he is apparently less than adept. More»

Serena Williams glowed at the unveiling event for her wax figure at Madame Tussauds on August 27, 2009. Later that day she and Roger Federer attended the 2009 US Open Draw Presentation at the New York Times Center. Last night, Josh Madden celebrated another year with friends Matt Levine, Erin Lucas, Christian Siriano and Tim Morehouse at the Hotel on Rivington penthouse. The birthday boy enjoyed manning the turntables, taking a break only to blow out the candles on his cake. He looked very much relaxed and at home on the big day, jumping around in flip flops and maybe even doing a fist pump or two. Brother Benji and his wifey Nicole were nowhere to be seen, but we imagine they had preggers/parent-y stuff to do, over on the other coast. More»
