DC found a music identity on Saturday at Trillectro, a concert that blended electronic dance music and "trill" hip-hop for 12 11 hours at the Half Street Fairgrounds, orchestrated by Modi Oyewole, Quinn Coleman, Marty Marshall, DC to BC and the Rock Creek Social Club.
