It's natural to think that Valentine's Day drives a wedge between single people and couples, but that's not quite it. For both singles and couples, V-Day can be a difficult day to handle; seeing all the lovebirds around you as they give and receive roses, dine on fancy foods and pretend they're not worried about the bill when they've likely spent more than they can afford and are buckling on the inside from the fear of their own lofty expectations. As regular readers of this site may already know, we, like many media outlets, were following the Casey Anthony trial. On a largely unrelated note, we've also had a thing for cocktails lately. It's safe to say that we did not expect these two interests to come together in quite this way.
