Last night, fashion and style site Refinery29 threw a truly awesome fete to launch their L.A. site and kick-off their weekend-long East West Tag Sale event. The party was held at Space 15 Twenty in the heart of Hollywood on Cahuenga where the Umami Burger and those cools stores like What Goes Around Comes Around are. More»
We live in a world where stereotypes run rampant and often find their way, whether we admit it or not, into our minds. We all know that our perfect little island is no exception; here’s what people are saying about some of our city’s schools.- More»
[Shawn Sadri preps for some fist pumping at Day & Night in Southampton] We just couldn't let the whole summer go by without featuring the Hamptons favorite dentist. A weekend fixture out here, Dr. Shawn Sadri of Central Park South seems to be just as good at fist pumping as he is at flossing. But since every one of his get-ups is as good as the next, we were kind of put in a pickle. We just didn't know which one to feature. So we kept holding out, waiting on the next one. And before we knew it, the summer had came to an end! But luckily for us, his Facebook profile (obvi we are friends with the guy - how else would we keep up with all his partying antics? Not even we can attend all the rose guzzling, booty shaking, benjamin flinging fetes this guy goes to) captures all of them...

Song: No One Sleeps When I'm Awake
No one sleeps when we're awake either. We don't think it's for the same reasons though. Usually with us it's due to our music, or laughter, or a late night bottle of Rose, or pit stop to Village Pizza on the trek back from Montauk. But don't even think about pulling the sleep card in our presence. Because we don't care what hour it is - no one sleeps when we're awake. But not intentionally... we promise. More»
[Picture via WWD] "From Blogs to Twitter Fashion World Rushes to Tap Into Social Media" read WWD's cover this morning. Usually one of my top sources for fashion news, I was gravely disappointed to see that their leading story was something anyone with a laptop, an email address, and who knows how to type a sentence in 140 characters or less has known for quite some time. They did, however, further break down what companies are succeeding from entering the blogosphere instead of just informing us on fun facts More»
[Picture via Really Bored] So even though I usually use my fashion prowess to bring our readers a bathing suit I believe worthy of their hard-earned cash, we thought this time around it might be nice to take Suit Up! in a different direction just this once. Because while browsing the internet this morning, I found a suit we would just love to own for obvious reasons. 1. It would keep us entertained for hours. 2. It's the perfect conversation starter. Can you imagine the talks you could have over a bottle of Rose with complete strangers at Day & Night in this thing? More»

My Patagonia fleece is one of the staples of my fall wardrobe. However I, unfairly have never been a big fan of guys wearing the Patagonia fleece...its too much Frat Boy for me to handle. However the new/old colorful Synchilla styles being released (or rather "re" released) by Urban Outfitters I might be able to handle on Mr. Right.
We are truly guests of guests this weekend out east. Today, we traded last night's Rosé from Sag Harbor for Cafe Americanos from East Hampton. We.are.tired. Thankfully we have some pretty great service here (wi-fi and baristas...see our new friend Max below).
Our plans later today consist of running on the beach in Sag Harbor, and then heading to Nick Gregory's house for an aftertoon snack of Cinnamon Life and then its nap time. Max Corrigan, aka Starbuck's finest below:
