Last night, the Aerospace CTBS Championships, the special boxing competition and fundraiser to benefit the E. Harlem School at Exodus House, took over Aerospace on w. 13th street. Before St. Jude’s Charity Hospital began research and treatment the survival rate for children with cancer was 4%. It is now 94%. That is an amazing achievement, but still cancer is the Number 1 killer of children. So it was to benefit this cause that the fabulous event called Design Cares was held.

Last night, Rachel Roy kicked off fashion week with her Fall ‘09 Presentation at the IAC Building.  Olivia Palermo was on had to scan the latest collection with Edward Barsamian.  Other Rachel Roy fans in attendance included Patrick McMullan, Helena Christensen, Veronica Webb, Andre Leon, Julies Kirby, Phillip Bloch, and Damon Dash.  Aleaxandra Richards shined behind the DJ Booth.
