The hottest ticket in town this week was the invitation to Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book Second Issue Party. It began at the closing party for Merci Mercy, an exhibition co-curated by Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld and Christine Messineo. Next, the party moved to the Upper East Side restaurant, Casa Lever, for Carine's second book launch. The much anticipated sophomore edition will not be available until February 28th, but last night an elite guest list was treated to a sneak peak with performances by Lil Buck and DJ Nick Cohen.
