Lisa DeAngelis, MD and Al Musella, DPM were honored last night at "Sounding Off for the Cure", the 4th annual fund raising event by Voices Against Brain Cancer. 2009 Courage Awards were also presented to several brain cancer survivors. Honorees and guests mingled while dining on food and sipping cocktails from some of NYC's finest restaurants. The event. which took place at Hammerstein Ballroom, also featured a silent and live auction to help raise proceeds for brain cancer research. More»

Hammerstein Ballroom was packed with supporters for Voices Against Brain Cancer's third annual fundraising event, Sounding Off For A Cure, on Thursday June 12, 2008. Funds raised at the event will go toward research to find a cure for brain cancer.
