Hat contests at the Woodrow Wilson House, high society galas, Gatsby parties in Georgetown and more. Find out which events you won't want to miss in Washington this May and June, 2013:

The handful of guests that witnessed this moment at last night's White House Correspondents' Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton pretty much died of cuteness when one of the Hilton's employees freaked out with joy when she spotted Reese Witherspoon. I mean have you ever seen a happier face? The Hilton employee disappeared into the sea of other A-list celebrities after the photo was taken (did she recognize any of the others??)...and hi Kate Michael!

[LAST UPDATED: 4/27 3:07 PM] This weekend is the White House Correspondents' Dinner, which means a tornado of beautiful celebrities and media moguls will descend upon Washington to attend the dinner and its dozens of before- and after-parties.

Who all is coming? Rumor has it George Clooney and his girlfriend Stacy Kiebler will be coming as guests of TIME Magazine, Sofia Vergara and Elizabeth Banks as guests of ABC, Daniel Day-Lewis as a guest of Huffington Post, Claire Danes as a guest of CBS, Stevie Wonder as a guest of American Urban Radio Networks, and Reese Witherspoon and Viola Davis will be guests of Newsweek--just to name a few.
