It”s becoming clear to me that there is absolutely no point in scheduling an event in this city on a Monday night anymore…at least if it”s a new Gossip Girl Monday. All the socialites and fashionable gays (you know the ones that you actually WANT to come to your event), will be memorized by their tubes. Tonight”s episode will be especially scrutinized, due to the fact that their leader, Lydia Hearst-Shaw will be making her debut in the season finale next week. Just when I thought that they wouldn”t be able to outdo themselves, they bring on the Lydia…who will be sure to make tonight”s episode even better than the last, joining her real life bff Michelle Trachtenberg on screen.
And, as if the gay community weren”t the best form of marketing you could ask for, the show has multiple tricks up their sleeves for promoting the show. One of them, which I found today, is real wedding website for Lily and Bart. Complete with a count-down (right now it”s at 7 days, 5 hours, 26 minutes and 50 seconds until the big day!
i actually get anxiety when i watch GG because it’s so ridiculously intense…and i love it
