The absinthe brand has unleashed their new bottle, and a new site “art & absinthe“. Believe it or not, I have never tried absinthe before. I have, however, heard numerous stories from friends and I am part nervous, part excited to give this gift a proper opening. Freshman year, I ordered “absinthe” from the Czech Republic. I am fairly certain it was Georgi with green food coloring. Maybe Pernod is better?
