McSpaghetti, Malaysia

McSpaghetti, the bastardization of everything logical, Italian, and edible.

Spaghetti noodles served in sweet (?) tomato sauce, topped with something being referred to as grated cheese, and naturally served with a side of McNuggets, free-range organic, one can assume.

Basically someone vomits onto a pile of noodles from a can of Campbell's Chicken Soup and throws it into styrofoam take-out container, and you pay for it.
