Last night, Gilt City had a carnival on the rooftop of the W Hotel that featured everything from the W's new summer cocktails to carnival games to carnival treats like corn dogs and candy apples. Bliss Spa (which has a post at the W) provided complimentary massages and nail polish changes, and everyone was going crazy for the gelato from Dolci Gelati.
