Remember when people used to write things instead of type them? This exhibit at the Archives of American Art [Fleischman Gallery] explores the handwriting of artists like Georgia O’Keeffe, Isamu Noguchi, Willem de Kooning, and Thomas Eakins. Analyze their penmanship and decide for yourself whether handwriting is an extension of these artists' form of expression.
The exhibition opens today, and will remain open until October 27, 2013.
