Flow in an hour-long yoga practice happening simultaneously across North America. lululemon is taking our asanas outside, and we invite you to join. Leave early, take the Metro to Federal Triangle, and bring your own mat. Grab water and take a friend. The event is free and open to all levels. Let's get together to practice yoga as one community
