RSVP in advance and pay just $5 at the door to get drink tickets good for 2 wine, beer or a house martini drinks. Nested on the corner of Connecticut and Florida Avenues, the Russia House is a restaurant and lounge meant to be reminiscent of the era of the Tsars.
