DC's favorite Top Chef-er's just released his 120-recipe Good Stuff cookbook, greasily stocked with "burgers, fries, shakes, wedges, and more", like artery-popping meatwiches from the eponymous Capital Hill joint, and "the famous" Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake. He's also holding a 5-course meet n' greet dinner (w/ a free book for attendees) with wine pairings, and if you're dancing by the end, it'll give new meaning to the term toasted marshmallow shake.
