Barbecue teams and restaurants from around the country compete to win $40,000 in cash, prizes, and the title of National Pork Barbecue Champion.
Benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, the Safeway Barbecue Battle celebrates the art of barbecue in a spirit of community, family, and fun. The event has raised well over $1 million for its beneficiaries.
