A "Barnes Dance," or 4-way diagonal pedestrian crossing across a major intersection, has just opened at the busy Chinatown intersection of 7th & H, right next to the metro station and arch.
We'll be doing a Barn Dance, complete with overalls, plaid and straw hats, at 7pm Friday evening, just as people are leaving work or going out for the night!
If you have overalls, jeans, jean skirt, a plaid shirt, a straw or cowboy hat, or even cowboy boots, join us for a quick do-se-do around the intersection to turn some heads.
Meet at 7pm at the corner of 6th and H to get our moves together, then we'll start dancing!
