Cori Sue Morris is probably one of the busiest socials on the scene right now--somehow, she is able to balance her obligations with The Madisons and Bitches Who Brunch with work, marathons and training, school, dating, friends, and lots of traveling. Last weekend, she got her masters degree, hosted family in town, and threw a brunch at Urban Chic for about 50 young ladies. However, leading up to the busy photo-happy weekend, something dreadful happened... More»

The Fire and Ice facial from iS clinical is not all that new--it has been around for a few years--but it is still one of the top choices for celebrities like Halle Berry, Gwyneth Paltrow and Evangeline Lilly that want to get their faces red carpet ready. The facial is formulated by iS Clinical, which is known for their effective [but expensive!] anti- and reverse-aging serums. More»

Jason Segel asked Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to be in a movie with him, by talking about working with her to the press. Rather than blow it off, Hillary came back with an on-point, endearing rejection letter: More»

Get the spray tan at Nectar Skin Bar. They use the Chocolate Organic Sunless system, which has a natural-looking color. There is SPF 30 in the formula.

The fact that it is organic means no funky chemicals are seeping into your skin...and isn't the whole reason we spray tan to be healthier? The cocoa beans also have antioxidants.

Try to run into Adrian Avila on your way out, he does the makeup for a lot of celebs at Nectar (like Gabrielle Union and Candace Bushnell) and if you're nice, he might fit you in his WHCD makeup schedule. More»

There's something comforting about walking into a Ralph Lauren store. The mahogany walls and the mismatched books harken us back to our boarding school days. While Pottery Barn offers the worn-in style of a New England manse, it is hard to stay under budget. Enter Eastern Market. The weekend flea market in the shadows of Capitol Hill offers the Ralph Lauren style on a H&M budget. More»

We really thought we couldn't love Hillary anymore, but then she went to Cartagena, Colombia, for the Summit of the Americas, and this is what happened: Hillary had a long, rough day meeting with important diplomats from about 30 nations, and she and President Obama played key roles at the Summit. After a day of meetings, Hill went out to dinner, and the meal ran past midnight. Sometime in the early morning, Hillary, along with a group of her female aids, were struck with the fantastic idea of going to a local bar called Cafe Havana. To rage. More»

Japanese act AKB48, the world's largest pop group with 50-70 members cast in a rolling American Idol-esque way, had 16 girls in DC over the last couple of days to perform at Lincoln Theatre, celebrate the 100th anniversary of the cherry blossoms, and engage in other Japanese-American relations. Here is a look back at all the things these girls did while they were here: More»

On Saturday, President Obama joined throngs of day-drinking Washingtonians for a beer at The Dubliner, an Irish pub located at 520 North Capital Street. He drank a pint of Guinness. Henry Healy was among the drinkers at the pub, and he happens to be Irish and Obama's 8th cousin. More»

Temperatures are supposed to get as high as 70 degrees in Washington today! Unfortunately, temperatures will drop back down next week. We are all sick of winter, especially this winter, which was biting cold with almost no snow.

Don't ditch your coat and scarf yet, but there are some things you can do to take full advantage of this warm blast, and carry it on until spring is actually here:
