Is Shaquille O'Neal the solution to partisanship conflict in Congress? Democrats and Republicans alike lined up for fan photographs with the basketball legend this morning.
Shaq is in town to join forces with non-profit Century Council and Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (D-Mo) in their fight against binge drinking at historically black colleges and universities.
"If you make the one mistake, you can never come home. If you make the one mistake, your family is going to be suffering or somebody else's family is going to be suffering," said O'Neal on the dangers of binge drinking. He plans to direct a PSA on the issue.
Shaq has been known to hit up the DC nightlife during past visits at The Park at 14th so keep an eye out for him this weekend. At 7'1'', the NBA superstar is hard to miss.
