Starting out with something blue, not to mention something Phillip Lim, is Beatrice Chastka’s deep navy blue, sequined-to-perfection dress, complete with a super sexy sheer back.
The dress had long sleeves which I LOVED, and am surprised so few are ever worn considering the weather appropriateness of them.
