Why: Carly, a recent graduate of Georgetown University, personifies the look of the female Hoyas students: preppy chic with an Hampton flair. She has amazing tips for college students on topics such as how to dress for different occasions (like formals, rush week), organization, and how to build a lasting wardrobe. Ever the entrepreneur, she recently launched, as an addition to the blog, a textbook comparison feature for many universities and colleges. She just moved back to her home state of Florida. Let's hope that this is a temporary move and that she'll be blogging back in Washington again soon.
