901 Restaurant & Bar Reveals New Fall Menu Additions

by Sarah Kencel · September 28, 2012

American-Asian eatery, 901 Restaurant & Bar, launches a new fall menu today, and we're pretty psyched about it. Executive Chef Thomas Hall crafted the new menu, introducing a handful of appetizers, entrees and desserts with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The Seared Swordfish with coconut butternut squash chutney is just one of Chef Hall’s newest toasty additions to the culinary line-up.

Guests can expect to nosh on new items such as Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders and Sweet Pickled Chili infused with a spicy green papaya slaw and Carolina style mango BBQ. Other delectable entrée dishes include Venison Two-Ways, Szechuan venison skewers and smoked venison sausage with celery root puree and Citrus XO Shrimp, complete with crispy polenta corn cakes and garnished with a drizzle of citrus XO sauce.

In addition to the new cold-weather bites, the latest dessert menu promises to satisfy guests with a penchant for sweets. Asian Pear Bread Pudding a la mode topped with apple cider and the Coconut Crème Brulee with caramelized banana are among the new additions to Hall’s scrumptious offerings. YUM!

Perfect for dinner on a crisp, cool evening, 901 Restaurant & Bar’s fall-influenced fare is in line with their reputation of offering comfort cuisine eats in an upscale environment.
