Executive Chef Matt Kuhn has crafted a three-course brunch menu especially for Mother’s Day. Diners can look forward to inventive dishes such as Buttermilk Biscuit Sandwich with country ham, scrambled eggs, bacon jam and pimento cheese “whiz,” and grilled steelhead trout with truffled asparagus puree, white pea shoot, honey mushrooms and smoked roe.
