On Saturday night, Andre Wells, largely regarded as one of the best event planners in Washington, threw an opulent Costume Gala at the Decatur House.
We're used to spotting Andre around town dressed to the nines in a suit, so seeing the 2009 Washingtonian Magazine Style Setter totally nail an RGIII costume was just too fantastic for words.
